How to Use

Important:

For diamond sharpening stones rated at 3000, 5000, 7500, and 10000 grit, special care and precision are required during the sharpening and dressing process.

Always sharpen in the direction of the blade, not against it. This technique maintains the diamond surface and extends the lifespan of the stone.

Sharpen with water.

The dressing tools used must be very fine to avoid damaging the grinding layer. It is advisable to select diamond dressing tools with a grit of 1200 or higher.

Method 1: Diamond Dressing Tools:

Choose diamond dressing tools with a grit of 1200 or higher.

Gently make contact with the surface and move the dressing tool evenly.

Use appropriate coolant and lubricants to minimize the generation of frictional heat.

Method 2: Ultrasonic Cleaning:

An ultrasonic cleaner can effectively remove surface impurities without damaging the diamond particles.
